Nominated for the Golden Globe and Emmy Awards 'The Prison Break' is the action/series drama that was first aired on Fox Broadcasting Company on August 29, 2005. The story of the series revolves around a man who was sentenced to death for a crime he had not committed and his brother decides to escape him form the death sentence. Directed by Paul Scheuring, Prison Break is produced by Adelstein-Parouse Productions in association with Original Television and 20th Century Fox Television. Having the character set of Dominic Purcell, Wentworth Miller, Amaury Nolasco, Wade Williams, Robert Knepper, Chris Vance and Sarah Wayne Callies, this series has been aired for three seasons and had total of 57 episodes.
The forth season of the Prison Break has been confirmed by the FOX as of March 25, 2008 and is speculated to have a two hour premier show on September 1, 2008. Prison break has a unique feature unlikely to be found in any other series which is shot in a prison and has a sterilized format used only in action drama serials like Lost and 24.
